In an increasingly diverse workforce,  cultural competence and effective inclusion management has never been more important.  Even outwardly similar groups  have individually unique  experiences and perspectives that shape their values, motivations, interests and behaviors.  Appreciating and leveraging various diversity dimensions can create opportunities for new approaches and creative, inclusive solutions.

Our work is aimed at increasing  cultural awareness, knowledge, and skills, by examining the various dimensions of diversity and the impact on the organizational culture. Our approach is progressive and expands the conversation beyond legal requirements and obvious differences to the issues and perceptions that affect decisions and relationships.
