Founder, Patricia Duarte, Decision Insight CEO & Principal has an extensive HR / OD background accomplished over 25 years in the private sector in roles such as:  HR Manager, Cray Research Inc, Eagan, Minnesota; HR Director, Silicon Graphics, Inc, Mountain View, California; HR Vice President, eBusiness Technologies, Providence, Rhode Island.  Patricia Duarte  also served on the board of directors of  WebEngine, an technology start-up venture company in Toronto, Canada. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, College of Arts and Science, Patricia has also earned numerous certifications in HR management, process facilitation, organizational and individual assessment and survey research methods.

In 2006, Patricia joined the Executive Transitions Program of Third Sector New England and a selected pool of independent OD consultants providing search and transition management services to nonprofit organizations in Boston and throughout New England. Her work and reputation with TSNE clients led to the expansion of her broader practice to other non-profit organizations, schools, universities, state funded agencies and municipalities. Patricia lives with her family in Hopkinton, MA where she serves on the Personnel Board of the Town of Hopkinton and as Volunteer Director of the Hopkinton Community Education Program.
